I read Blackout a while back, and now need to reread it along with All Clear. Connie Willis also has some more lighthearted books (Bellwether, To Say Nothing of the Dog) that I recommend, though they're not WWII settings.

For another good spin on WWII settings, try the YA books about the FitzOsbornes, by Australian author Michelle Cooper. She blogged quite a bit about the historical research she did, and the books are quite enjoyable.
