I have one kid already and I AM DREADING the thought of a second one... I know is bliss, and that it is supposed not to be deadly for the mom... but coming from a family where my mom managed FIVE children a JOB and a CAREER, the mere thought just exhausts me. She is turning 50 this year!!But I completely understand her reaction when I presented her with her first grandchild... "thank god it is now and not two years ago, two years ago I wouldn't even touch it!". I think that now she is a free woman of 50 that completely forgot she was pregnant or nursing for ten straight years of her life...
