This felt typewriter, sewn by Blythe, is perhaps one of the most useless items a person could ever purchase. It's not a pillow, it's not an actual typewriter (and if it were, well, we don't use them any more). Where on earth would one put it? How would one clean it? Would you throw it in the washing machine? Or just dust it, maybe, with a cat hair remover? Yes, it is utterly useless. And yet I want one. I also want some felt sheets of paper covered with embroidered typing to go along with it.
Hello Stephany, I like your blog :)
Came here via Midori Snyder...
I think a felt typewriter is a fabulous idea :)

I think it would be very cuddly.

Hi Rima, welcome. Your blog looks fantastic. I can tell I'm going to spend some time there.
And yes, it does, K. Maybe I could use it as a pillow in a pinch!

Yes – isn't it simply delightful? I blogged about this gem a while back. Hadn't thought about the dust and cat hair issues, but like you...I want one!!
